
Ritu Aery Sharma is the President of the Club. She is a Bachelor of Education from New Zealand. It is an acknowledgement of Ritu’s excellence that Education Review Office NZ was compelled to modify their policy in her case and specially confer an extraordinary reward to her i.e Level 4 ERO Review in 2014 which is an exceptional reward. ERO NZ, while conferring the reward stated “achieving the level 4 within the opening of first 2 years is something that is rare.”
She is a registered teacher in New Zealand for the last over 16 years and is working as Centre Manager for Kids Count Early Childhood Education Centre, Auckland for over 10 years and managing a team of over 29 skilled staff. She has always excelled by transcending the highest standards of leadership and professionalism.
She is passionate about community work and is dedicated towards providing best possible service that empowers children/youth and adults to grow, strive and reach their learning potential in a safe and diverse multicultural settings.
She strongly believes in supporting and working alongside charities and social organisations helping needy and underprivileged section of the society. Her vast experience in noble vocations, comprehensive management skills and the appreciative acknowledgement by ERO,NZ are a testimony to her capabilities and commitment towards strengthening the indispensable family values in the society. Mother of three children, she is also helping her husband in successful family business of two service stations in Auckland.
